Spoken is a Cafe, Bar Venue where you are able to do whatever you want!! From
a glass of wine to a coffee with friends, to the finest food, to a night on
the tiles, Spoken really does it all and does it well. Spoken provides a
quality service and feel that you will be pleased with, whatever the time of
day.

The ingredients we use are vitally important, from the finest Italian coffee,
to mussels form the River Teign, you will be assured of a great meal from our
chef serving a wide-ranging fixed menu, and also interesting daily specials.
This is not your traditional "pile-it-high" seaside cafe, nor is it one for a
special occasion, but one you'll want to return to again and again.

Our fixed menu is wide ranging, from sandwiches, 7 different types of mussels,
salads, gourmet burgers, antipasti sharing platters to a pint of prawns, there
is always something you'll want. We serve breakfast too, eggs benedict,
pancake towers even your traditional English breakfast using butchers
sausages!

When the weekend arrives come and try some of our bakery shot menu - a trendy
selection of cocktail shots ranging from a Jam doughnut, Wet wispa, Lemon
meringue pie and more - they sound different and they are - you won't be able
to have just one!! We also carry a wide selection of specialised vodka, gin
and other premium spirits that our experienced team will guide you through!
